RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES
Salsa Dancing
Every Thursday at the Cardinal Bar, you can dance salsa,
merengue and Latin house. On Sundays they have Latin jazz. The bar is

At the Park Ponderosa, every Friday, there’s salsa, merengue
and cumbia. It is a place where people of all ages are admitted, located
at 5100 Erling Av., McFarland,WI, (608) 838 9927.
Pachuco’s is a dance room and a bar with salsa, merengue, bachata and
punta dancing on Fridays and Saturdays. This bar is at 736 N. Midvale
Boulevard, close to the Hilldale Mall by the movie theaters.

Short courses are offered by the university on a variety of subjects.

Arboretum
This area is dedicated to nature conservation. The Arboretum features
many distinct ecological communities, several horticultural collections,
effigy mounds, historic artifacts, a Visitor Center, and more than 20
miles of trails to visit. It is a nice place for hiking or biking.
